It has been a busy year of fundraising for the team at the historic beautiful club based in Richmond, London, and we are thrilled to announce that they have raised more than £17,000 for Momentum.

This incredible amount of money was raised through a number of wonderful events at the club, including an exclusive Charity Golf Day with live and silent auctions, a special Ladies’ Golf and Bridge tournament, various dinners and a St Patrick’s Day Dinner Dance.

Michael Hobday, Men’s Captain at Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club, decided to support Momentum after his wife attended a local fair where she found out about the charity and how we support families in the community. After learning more about the charity himself, Michael put the wheels in motion to start supporting us and set himself an ambitious fundraising target.

An enormous thank you to Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club for your fantastic fundraising efforts. Every penny raised will go back into delivering our service so we can be there for the families with very unwell children.
