Guests enjoyed homemade Greek dishes including lamb moussaka and tapas as they listened to star of Mamma Mia! the musical, and Momentum Ambassador, Kim Ismay, and Lorraine Donaghey from Molesing Ladies Choir, showcasing their vocal talents. They performed hit after hit from the long-running musical and had everyone on their feet dancing for most of the evening.

Members of the audience took part in a raffle and auction with fantastic prizes which included a case of Chateauneuf-du-Pape and tickets to see Mamma Mia! the musical, all raising extra funds for Momentum.

Momentum is a charity that means a lot to Polly and Steve, the owners of Mada Deli, based on Bridge Road. Polly said: “Momentum supported us during a very difficult time when our daughter was unwell, and this is our way of giving something back. It is also great to be able to fundraise for a charity that is based just down the road from us. Our daughter was at the event, and even sang alongside Kim and Lorraine.”

A huge thank you to Mada Deli, Kim Ismay and Lorraine Donaghey for hosting a wonderful night which raised thousands of pounds for Momentum.
